Byron

Byron and Cristie went camping a few weeks ago during mom & me weekend at a boyscout camp. They had a great time shooting bb guns, archery, and arts and crafts. The worst part for them was all the walking they had to do to get to the campsite.

Baylee

It's just amazing how fast kid's grow, Baylee's changing everyday. She is so much fun but i'm afraid she is going to think her name is no-no because every time we turn around she is getting in to something!
Eating BBQ sauce, ketchup, syrup, off her fingers is one of her favorite things to do. Her Aunt Cindy got this started!

My Wonderful Kids

The weather here has been really great lately so me and the kids have been outside alot in the evenings waiting on mom to get home. Baylee loves this little yellow car and Byron pushes her all over the place.(My dad gave Byron this when he was 1) They also love to ride my 4-wheeler. The slide was given to my mom when she was four years old so it's seen alot of little butts over the years! Every time we go outside Baylee goes straight to the slide.

Another Project

Last weekend I built a pier off the back of the pool deck down to the pond, this will give Byron & Baylee a great place to catch some fish.

Update on my mom

Mom was diagnosed with multiple myloma back in August and spent several weeks in and out of the hospital, she is now at home and feeling better and finally getting her energy back and even cooking again! Byron is so happy that she is home and we would appreciate everyone keeping her in your prayers.

20 year class reunion

I recently had my 2o year high school reunion, it's hard to believe it's been that long and it was great to see everyone who showed up. It was fun talking to everyone and finding out how all of our lives took different paths but when we all got back together it seemed so normal. I'm really glad to know that we are all still friends and I wouldn't trade growing up in E.F. for anything!

Summertime Fun

Byron heading to the bus for the first day of school, Baylee at Lake O the Pines with the Swilley's, Kristi Lang and her boys in the pool, and Byron and some of his friends.

More fun pictures

Byron hanging out at the pool with the Swilley girls, Baylee showing off her summer clothes, Baylee giving me a taste of her french fries at Schlitterbahn, Baylee riding the vacuum (I don't why), and us on summer vacation(this is a place where George Strait first started his career)

Fun in the pool

Hanging out by the pool has been our daily routine, especially lately because it's been so hot. Byron had a back to school party and we had about 20 kids in the pool, they had a great time. We haven't had a grown up party yet but hope to before it gets too cold.

Swimming Pool Project

I generally always have a project in the works and this summer it has been to build an in-ground swimming pool. Cristie and I have always wanted one of these so it is a dream come true. Here are some before and after photos.

Dirt Bike Ridin'

This is my boy riding his dirt bike.

He reminds me of myself at that age.

Baylee's First Birthday

Baylee turned 1 on June 5, 2007. We had her party at home and she really enjoyed the cake. She is just the sweetest little girl and always has a big smile for everyone!

Me & Byron

This is me and my son Byron David, he will be starting third grade at Elysian Fields Elementary this fall. He has really enjoyed this summer swimming, riding his dirt bike, skateboarding, and hanging out with Baylee and his cousin Samantha.

Ronnie's Family

This is me and my wonderful family. I have been married to Cristie for 14 years. Byron is 8 and going into the third grade. Baylee is 14 months. We still live in Elysian Fields, TX. Cristie is a registered nurse and I am a self-employed electrical contractor.
